Yippee! My birthday started early! Berniece mentioned it this evening, Lori sent me a birthday greeting in my e-mail, and my sweet MIL sent me an e-present...I tried not to open it, but then I decided it was already my birthday on the East Coast, so what the heck!
I love my birthday, but not for all the gifts and stuff. I just love it when people remember it. It's my special day, and my own special "new year". 38 was a pretty incredible year! I really enjoyed it!
Okay, I need to get some rest. I'm still sick and my energy levels are lagging. I just can't rebound like I used to. I remember going to work with walking pneumonia. Yup, those were the days....
