I'm so excited! I got someone to cover my box-office duties for me so I can go to see a Neil Simon production at VC next Friday! I am just thrilled that my sis-in-law called and invited ME! I feel so special!
Then, on Saturday I am going to Largo to see Ramblin' Jack Elliott (a living folk legend). I am taking my friend John with me, it will be his first trip to Largo. He is my music-exchange buddy. Every year he works a stage at the Monterey Jazz Festival. He has more vinyl than (my) John, even before John ebayed his collection away!
Baseball! We watched a double-header at Moorpark all day on Saturday, and next week begins a weeklong tournament in Valencia. I am excited for this season. My big boy seems to have found his groove and is hitting some loooooooooooooong balls again. Okay, here's a pic:
